What is the difference between Botox and Dysport?
Dysport® reduces the appearance of lines primarily in the area
of skin between your eyebrows, while Botox® is popular for
treating crow’s feet.
Does Botox last longer than Dysport?
Dysport® doesn’t typically last any longer than
Botox®, and Botox® doesn’t typically last
any longer than Dysport®. However, it has been reported that
Dysport® lasted up to a year, while Botox®
results lasted just four months. This may vary from patient to patient.
What is in Dysport?
Dysport® is a safe injectable that immobilizes certain muscles
in the forehead, preventing new wrinkles. It also softens existing wrinkles
and fine lines over time.
How long does it take for Dysport to kick in?
Usually, results are visible within one to seven days following treatment.
More than 50% of patients see the effects within three days, according to
some studies.
Is Dysport stronger than Botox?
Since dosing units are not similar, comparing Botox® dosages to
Dysport® is not applicable. However, Dysport®,
