Crave Med Spa's approach to beauty is inspired and directed by Dr. Tejas Mehta. Dr. Mehta grew up in Humble, earned his Bachelor of Arts from John Hopkins University, and his M.D. from Temple University School of Medicine in Philadelphia. He completed his residency in internal medicine at Pennsylvania Hospital in Philadelphia and has been practicing in the Humble area since 2005. His patients value the efficiency and friendliness of his practice and his ability to listen, answer questions, and explain their medical conditions.

Kristen Sheldon

Kristen Sheldon, MSN, APRN, FNP-C

Kristen Sheldon grew up locally in Kingwood, Texas. After graduating from Kingwood High School, she attended Baylor University where she obtained her Bachelors degree in Nursing. She worked in the neonatal ICU for several years, before she moved to pediatric oncology research at MD Anderson. It was at MD Anderson where Kristen decided to pursue her Masters as a Family Nurse Practitioner at Texas Woman’s University in the Medical Center. Upon graduation, she began practicing in family practice. She now serves as Faculty at TWU in the Masters program she graduated from. Kristen is also working on her doctorate at Johns Hopkins University, focusing on disease improvement with obesity management. In her free time, she loves to travel with her husband and children. She loves to spend time with her family who live locally and volunteer for the community.

Kira Moss Danford, PA-C

Kira Moss was born and raised in Tulsa, Oklahoma and she received her degree in Microbiology from the University of Oklahoma. While at OU, Kira found her passion for healthcare through International medical mission work. After graduating from OU, Kira attended Harding University where she received her Masters in Physician Assistant Studies. Kira moved to Houston in 2015. She and her husband currently live in the Heights with their Labrador Moose and orange cat Zoom. In her free time she enjoys spending time with family, yoga, traveling, and OU football.
